Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Overlook Manor in Frederick, MD. You will lead the maintenance team to keep grounds and buildings in top condition, manage inventory, and coordinate preventive maintenance and work orders.

Responsibilities include supervising in-house and vendor work, ensuring OSHA safety standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and strong service attitude. HVAC knowledge and certifications are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• HVAC certification is required for this position.
• CAMT certification is highly recommended within 1 day of hire.
• Fair Housing Certification is required within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance duties and supervises the maintenance team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings.
• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies; schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
