Job summary

Real Estate Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Property Technician to support day-to-day repair and upkeep of REMS residential and condo properties. The role includes inspections, notices, communications, key management, and on-site maintenance coordination across Wisconsin properties.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with on-site responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have rental/property management experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Experience with rental properties, storage facilities, property management, maintenance, or similar is highly desired.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property and move-out inspections, renewal and final walkthroughs while documenting observations
• Posting notices, property communications, vendor instructions, and other required documentation
• Supporting property access needs through key management, lockbox coordination and access assistance
• Providing minor maintenance support and serving as the on-site resource for maintenance requests, emergencies and concerns
• Serving as an on-site point of contact for residents, property owners, vendors, and contractors
