Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds; lead maintenance staff.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies/services.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Review and prioritize work orders; manage records in systems.
• Oversee safety, compliance with fire and safety codes; report injuries.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Liaise with property manager; respond to emergencies; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Mentor and train maintenance team to improve skills.
• Conduct regular property inspections and uphold OSHA safety standards.
