Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, safety standards, and staff at our Phoenix community. You will manage service requests, preventive tasks, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality upkeep.

Report to the Community Manager, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining budget discipline and strong resident relations. A strong on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance and training
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under the Community Manager
