Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at one of our properties in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will ensure facilities meet company standards and comply with laws while managing budgets, safety, and vendor relations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, reliability, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and computer tracking systems, plus EPA Type I/II, CPO, and HVAC certifications. Travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/property management experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the property.
• Direct and supervise the maintenance team, plan schedules and assign tasks.
• Inspect apartments before/after move-ins and turns; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage vendor selection, bids, and vendor relations to ensure quality work.
