Qualifications

• Make-ready experience and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds, following up on needed repairs.
• Manage contract services including landscaping and pest control.
• Conduct fire safety drills and maintain logs.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.
