• Ability to move heavy equipment safely with proper equipment.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes and sinks.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance operations.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
