Capstone is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Lead for a multifamily community in Fredericksburg, TX.
HVAC experience and certification are a top priority for this position. We are looking for someone who can confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems while also handling plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and general property maintenance.
The Maintenance Lead will take ownership of the community's day-to-day maintenance operations, including work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, property inspections, inventory and supplies, vendor coordination, pool maintenance, and emergency response.
This position works closely with the Community Manager to identify property needs, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, minimize unnecessary vendor expenses, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
