Job summary

WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented finance and operations professional to oversee property accounting and financial reporting. You will manage rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and vendor payments, using Resman to maintain accurate records and generate reports.

You will also assist in budgeting, training, and coordinating maintenance and leasing activities, ensuring compliance and timely execution of financial and operational tasks to support property

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to understand legal documents and property operations.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills for residents and owners.
• Experience with delinquency and collections and budget reporting.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial operations: collect rent, post payments, prepare deposits and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payables, and vendor payments; prepare financial reports.
• Operate Resman; ensure accurate data entry and audits for system integrity.
• Assist in budgeting, variance reports, and financial statements.
• Address delinencies, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate on-site tasks with maintenance, leasing, and owners; train new team members.
