You will assist with rent collection, lease activity, property upkeep, and supervising on-site staff, while upholding company standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• This position is conditional upon successfully applying for and maintaining a Nevada Private Investigator's License (work card).

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: Manage rent collection and delinquencies, audit invoices, and assist with budget preparation and expense control.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: Support leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high resident service levels.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate maintenance, manage work orders, and communicate with vendors.
• Team Leadership: Support the Community Manager in supervising and motivating on-site staff.
