Stayd Collective is seeking a Property Care Manager to own the day-to-day physical care of a portfolio of vacation homes in St. Augustine and Jacksonville, FL. You will ensure every property is maintained, guest-ready and assets protected, working alongside Guest Services, inspectors and vendors.

You’ll walk properties, coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and stay ahead of issues so guests experience a flawless stay. This on-site role requires residency in the St.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality or property management.
• Strong communication with owners and guests.
• Ability to manage vendors and basic home maintenance.
• Excellent organization and self-direction.
• Proven proactive problem solving and follow-through.
• Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, monday.com, Slack and Google Workspace.
• Airbnb/VRBO experience is a plus.
• You live in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area and can handle on-call weeks.

• Maintain properties through routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and quality-check inspections and turnovers.
• Coordinate vendors and verify work is completed correctly.
• Ensure homes are guest-ready and presented beautifully.
• Handle on-site escalations and resolve issues quickly.
• Flag items needing owner approval and protect assets.
• Update property and maintenance records in Breezeway, Guesty, monday.com and Slack.
• Achieve four scorecard metrics: Guest Service Score, Cleaning Rating, Preventable Churn, Owner NPS.
