Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant to join a small hospitality team. The role is onsite and covers maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry, with overnight on-call oversight to manage after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Property Attendant with a teamwork mindset.
• Flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities including maintenance, cleaning, room prep, and laundry.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: manage work orders and preventative maintenance; tasks may include carpet cleaning, light electrical/plumbing, and other upkeep.
• Inventory: maintain and order maintenance supplies.
• Housekeeping: prep rooms for housekeepers and review maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Guest Services: assist with check-in/check-out during after-hours and provide excellent customer service.
• On Call Needs: be on call overnight for after-hours guest needs.
