Job summary

Stayable is seeking a Property Attendant in Saint Augustine, FL to keep grounds clean and prepare rooms for Housekeepers, while assisting Maintenance Technicians. You will be reliable, proactive, and focused on delivering safe, clean accommodations and excellent guest experiences.

You will work with a collaborative frontline team, with shifts including morning or night, and have opportunities for overtime and occasional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or property upkeep experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with upkeep.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Room cleaning and maintenance: tidy exteriors, replace bulbs, report issues.
• Public space cleaning: collect trash, maintain dumpster areas, keep guest and team areas tidy.
• General: provide exceptional customer service, report safety concerns, assist with inventory of supplies.
