Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms for quality and safety before and after guest stays.
• Direct preventative maintenance and coordinate maintenance tickets.
• Recruit, train, and manage team performance and schedules.
• Ensure guest service standards and curb appeal meet Stayable’s requirements.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and incident records.
• Enforce Stayable rules and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
