Job summary

Bach Team is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for FourSite Property Management’s apartment community in Kansas City, Missouri. You will work with the Property Manager to ensure efficient property operations and deliver strong lease performance.

You will develop resident retention ideas, market to current and future residents, manage social media, and step in for the Property Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in property management or equivalent customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution ability.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, OneSite or Yardi).
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reporting.
• Handle current and past resident collections.
• Perform leasing agent duties.
• Manage renewal process for existing residents.
• Create and implement resident retention ideas.
• Market to current and future residents and manage social media.
• In the absence of the Property Manager, assume responsibility for the property.
