Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

This role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, guest relations, and general admin tasks to keep our resort communities running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance, scheduling, basic accounting duties, and vendor communications while upholding high service standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in on-site property management.
• Solid experience in customer service and basic building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other web-based applications.
• Experience performing administrative tasks and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Serve as liaison between the office, guests and residents regarding maintenance issues.
• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Contact tenants to address issues needing immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for repairs.
• Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.

Education
