Job summary

Kittle Property Group in Kentwood, MI is seeking a responsible team member to assist in on-site operations at an apartment community. The role supports leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma (GED), 1 year of experience, and basic MS Office skills. This position offers weekly pay and generous PTO with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and correspondence.
• Basic math: add/subtract/multiply/divide, percentages and graphs.
• Reasoning: follow written/oral instructions and solve simple problems.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, recertifications and provide information to compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff oversight.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits, and cash records.
• Provide account information to regional supervisor and credit agencies.
• Assist with resident relations and enforcing community rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
