Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration in Miami is seeking a Project Supervisor to organize priorities, allocate resources, and direct on-site activities to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate delivery teams, monitor progress, ensure work meets scope, budget, and schedule, and uphold safety, quality, and client needs through effective communication with field teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedule with job crew and subcontractors according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
