Telcom Construction, LLC is seeking an entry-level Project Specialist to support project teams and ensure work moves smoothly from start to finish. This on-site role in Omaha emphasizes organization, detail, and eagerness to grow a career in project management within construction/telecom.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and reading project instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to stay organized and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up new projects and keeping project files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, including permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn how to track project activity and support accurate reporting and billing.
• Provide assistance to other project team members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.
