Telcom Construction, LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Specialist to support our construction and telecom field teams. This entry-level role emphasizes organization and readiness to apply technical skills in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist in setting up new projects, maintaining files, and coordinating documentation like permits, schedules, and progress tracking. Grow through ongoing training and safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable with basic math and reading project instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects and keep project files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn to track project activity to support accurate reporting and billing.
• Support other project team members as needed and participate in training.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Travel as needed for project requirements.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
