Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Safety Manager – Energy to join our safety team in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

This on-site role supports project teams by developing a safety roadmap, conducting site safety plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds OSHA 30 Construction certification, 3–5 years of construction safety experience, and will lead investigations, prepare weekly reports, and assist with toolbox talks while promoting an Incident and Injury

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or related field preferred.
OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA certified; BCSP CHST within 12 months preferred.
3–5 years construction safety experience; electrical safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustainProject Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan; ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety regulations.
Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and submit to project leadership.
Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance per standards and project requirements.
