Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience managing complex development or manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Experience interpreting customer specifications, contract terms, and proposals.
• JDE systems and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between La Vergne, TN and Ogden, UT, approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and sales to capture project requirements and set kick-off meetings.
• Create and manage project schedule, budget, communication plan, and risk register.
• Align project plan with cross-functional teams and develop mitigation actions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and third-party inspectors.
• Build customer relationships and address complaints and issues.
• Prepare internal and external project reports and hold status meetings.
• Manage scope and changes; prepare and track change orders.
• Conduct lessons learned and implement corrective actions.
