Qualifications

• One year of professional experience as a Cable Operator or related training.
• Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using common units.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret specifications and work orders to determine machine setup and operation sequence.
• Observe machine operations and material flow to detect malfunctions or supply needs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines as scheduled.
• Collaborate with team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Test and inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Must be able to lift over 75 lbs.
