Job summary

Chromalox is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site role in Ogden, UT, to lead electrical thermal solutions projects from award through installation with emphasis on exceptional customer service.

You will own project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management, serving as the main contact for customers and inspectors while coordinating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience managing complex development or manufacturing projects.
• Experience interpreting customer specifications, contract terms, and proposals.
• JDE systems and Microsoft Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications.
• Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate with inspectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
• Manage project scope, changes, and change orders.
• Conduct lessons learned and implement corrective actions.
