Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Site Leader in San Francisco to provide outstanding jobsite leadership for large-scale projects. The role involves overseeing on-site teams and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technical leadership and a solid grasp of critical infrastructure equipment in data centers. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site construction teams for large projects.
• Must be able to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership.
• Lead multi-disciplinary on-site teams and represent Vertiv in customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lead and make decisions under pressure

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of critical infrastructure equipment

Technical evaluation and problem-solving

Education

ASEET or ASMET preferred

Equivalent industry experience

Six years military experience in a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management

Test equipment and data analysis programs
