Ryan Companies seeks a learner on a construction project to assist the team with designated tasks and gain exposure to both field and office operations. The role focuses on understanding Ryan processes, policies, and cost-control methods while working on site for an initial six months, potentially the full project duration.

You will assist in RFIs, shop drawings, safety procedures, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors, gaining practical experience across disciplines.

Formación

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control required.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand drawings.
• Familiarity with cost-coding systems and purchase orders helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project team in completing designated projects while learning Ryan processes and policies.
• Learn field and office operations on a construction site for six months or duration of project.
• Help generate RFIs and track approvals; monitor shop drawing logs and coordination.
• Learn safety policies and site logistics; accompany personnel on inspections and punchlists.
• Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule.
