Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level team member for the Advanced Facilities Group in Council Bluffs, IA. You will support on-site project activities, learn safety and QA processes, and help track materials, manpower, and progress with the project team.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience, plus strong communication and MS Office proficiency, with flexibility for non-traditional hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Lean processes and construction tech.

Responsibilities

• Learn and actively participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Support on-site activities, monitor crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and meetings to support the project.
