Job summary

41 North Contractors, L.L.C. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion while maintaining quality standards. You will coordinate with the project manager, manage submittals, and maintain purchase and procurement logs.

The role requires Procore familiarity, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You will work in person with a collaborative team to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with the project manager to maximize productivity and timeliness.
• Support submittal process.
• Manage close-out manuals and warranty books.
• Ensure contracts and SOWs are turned around promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owner’s reps.
• Participate in weekly PM status updates.
• Track and update job cost files.
• Follow up on missing requirements from PMs and subs.
