Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer for Franklin, WI to support project planning, scheduling, and field coordination on active construction sites. You will assist with plans, estimates, safety, and documentation while collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Construction Management and 2–3 years of related work, with proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and BIM-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of construction‑related work or internship experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills; Microsoft Project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, proposals, and site logistics plans.
• Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines.
• Maintain accurate as‑built construction documents onsite.
• Support the Superintendent in monitoring subcontractor progress and efficiency.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up reports.
• Lead site walk‑throughs with owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, samples, time sheets, and punch lists.
• Assist with tracking project costs, cost codes, and potential change orders.
• Support the site‑specific safety plan and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Coordinate material purchases and ensure permits/inspections are completed.
