Use Procore daily to track progress, documents, and stakeholder communications. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, lead meetings, review bids and change orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up projects.
• Proficient with Procore project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all construction PM activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling.
• Utilize Procore to track progress and manage documents.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors.
• Lead project meetings and report milestones.
• Review bids, change orders, and invoices.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
