Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Project Engineering or Field Engineering preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to work on-site in Rochester, MN.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and resource management.
• Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor field progress, workmanship, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving technical issues and coordinating field implementation.
• Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting documentation, and related records.
• Support project budget tracking, cost management, and schedule coordination.
• Assist with quality control and ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
• Support jobsite safety initiatives and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and coordination issues and communicate them proactively.
