Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Rochester, MN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, materials, procurement, logistics, and site activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, expediting, logistics, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a commercial construction firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with expediting, procurement, and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage material procurement, expediting, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Monitor project quality, compliance, productivity, and progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare project reports and support accurate billing and cost tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues while supporting timely decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and applicable construction requirements.
• Support successful project completion while maintaining high standards of productivity and workmanship.
