Job summary

Bering Straits Global Innovations, LLC (BSGI) is seeking a Project Engineer for Hanover, MD to support scheduling, coordination, and field leadership on federal construction projects.

Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager with schedules, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and ensuring safety and quality compliance on site. This entry-level role offers growth in a dynamic, government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or construction/management adjacent field.
• Entry level position; internship or 1–2 years full-time experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license, U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain access to federal/military installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with schedules and coordinating sequencing of multiple construction trades.
• Assist the Superintendent with look-ahead schedules and coordination with subcontractors/government representatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and document minutes; monitor progress and identify scheduling impacts.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and contract documents with subcontractors; coordinate materials/equipment deliveries.
• Support project turnover and closeout activities; ensure safety and quality compliance.
