Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Project Engineer for a new model launch at a large manufacturing facility in Liberty, NC. The role involves coordinating across engineering, project management, construction and purchasing from development through start of production, on-site in Liberty, NC.

You will drive milestones and KPIs, serve as primary liaison for cross-group coordination, and lead launch countermeasures and reporting to senior leadership. Occasional travel and on-site support are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project-related role
• Experience with capital investments >$1M and KPI reporting to leadership
• Detailed schedule creation and milestone tracking

Responsibilities

• Drive milestones and KPIs for new model launch across divisions
• Coordinate with cross-group teams including engineering, PM, construction and purchasing
• Identify and resolve launch issues and implement countermeasures
• Define and report KPIs/milestones via Battery Master Operation Plan
• Lead project and trial activities and coordinate build milestones
• Support pre-production trials, including parts orders, schedules, and KPI management
