Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing projects and new model launch activities from planning through start of production.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings to address challenges and corrective actions.
• Support pre-production trials and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, facilities, and project teams.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to maintain timelines.
• Prepare project reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned activities.
• Coordinate with domestic and international teams as needed.
