Job summary

PC Construction Company is seeking a Project Director for a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, VA. You will lead large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and execution to meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

You will manage stakeholder relationships with owners, design teams, trade partners, and regulators, serving as the main point of contact for communications and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control with CM tools.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
