Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead multiple project teams across a range of large-scale construction projects. This role requires a leader who can balance operational execution, team development, and client satisfaction while driving projects to successful, profitable completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring consistent and successful project delivery.
• Take full responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects, including profit and loss oversight.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop project teams, providing guidance and support to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Engineering, Procurement, Safety, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
• In partnership with manpower planning teams, develop strategies to secure and manage high-quality labor resources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client relationships and industry networks.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of project operations while actively participating as a member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 10 years leading complex, large-scale construction projects and managing project teams.
• Experience working on major construction efforts ($500M+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, manpower planning, and construction operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed to support regional and national projects.
• Must be heavy on the electrical and construction side.
