Job summary

Restoration Network Inc. in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep restoration projects moving from assignment to invoicing.

This is a full-time, on-site role supporting Project Managers, field teams, insurance partners, and homeowners with clear communication and thorough documentation. You will manage timelines, track milestones, verify information, and ensure photos and documents are uploaded.

• Proactive communicator with homeowners, insurance partners and team members.
• Able to manage multiple projects with deadlines and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restoration projects from initial assignment through invoicing.
• Maintain contact with homeowners and keep stakeholders updated.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors and insurance representatives.
• Track progress, milestones and ensure required photos and documents are uploaded.
