Ardmore Roderick is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our team onsite in Florida. You will develop and manage project schedules, perform cost estimating, and support the client’s capital program with robust planning and control.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost estimation, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling and cost estimating.
• Experience on maritime, wharf, harbor or port infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project with WBS and critical path.
• Provide integrated scheduling and cost estimating support for capital programs.
• Prepare cost estimates, including quantity take-offs and budgeting.
• Perform updates, variance analysis and delay impact assessments.
• Produce dashboards and PMO performance reports; coordinate with project teams.
