Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, plus 3 years of direct project controls experience.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls processes with the internal PM team to ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
• Set up projects in Enterprise Planning & Controls software and maintain scheduling and cost reporting.
• Create and maintain WBS, schedules, cash flows and forecasts for multiple projects.
• Review cost changes, approve POs and subcontracts for proper coding and alignment with plans.
• Interface with PM and Accounting to review costs and support audits.
• Develop earned value management and progress measurement.
• Perform field audits to validate reporting accuracy and compliance.
