Responsibilities

• Create documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Distribute and receive bi-weekly overnight packages from the regional office.
• Order safety and office supplies; assist with new hire processing.
• Answer phones and inquiries; route messages and contact teammates as requested.
• Enter production figures into the project database; write reports and correspondence.
