Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services Company, seeks a Project Admin to support day-to-day project administration and document control across multiple sites in Texas. You will help track progress, resource usage, and milestones to ensure accurate records and informed forecasting.

Located on-site in Channelview, TX, you will collaborate with field teams, schedulers and management to maintain schedule integrity and drive project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of project administration, scheduling or project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting project managers in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts and RFIs.
• Track action items, meeting minutes and deadlines; distribute communications.
• Prepare project reports, invoices and purchase orders as required.
• Serve as liaison between field teams and project management office.
• Review documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
