Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of after-school and summer programs.
• Manage day-to-day program site operations including safety, maintenance, and security.
• Maintain student records, progress reports, attendance, and related documents.
• Communicate with youth, parents, and staff about students’ needs and progress.
• Coordinate with schools regarding students’ needs.
• Support partnerships with community agencies serving students and families.
• Coordinate and recruit tutors and volunteers.
• Plan curriculum activities and supervise their implementation.
• Supervise and evaluate site staff.
• Perform tasks to meet grant objectives as directed by the Youth Program Director.

Basic FunctionResponsible for supervising site staff, recruiting students, facilitating the youth program activities, maintaining site, and performing program-related assignments as needed by the Youth Program Director. This is a part time position for 20 hours per week with 12 hours required from 3pm-7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
