Job summary

UCLA Extension is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of a portfolio of academic and professional education programs. Reporting to a Director, this position combines strategic planning, program operations, curriculum oversight, instructor engagement, and market analysis to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience managing academic or professional education programs.
• Strong customer service, professionalism, fairness and respect.
• Clear, well crafted reports, course descriptions, marketing copy, and correspondence.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning theory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced project and time management abilities for shifting deadlines.
• Experience with basic marketing and market research principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination across cross functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows-based apps.
• Strong budget and financial data interpretation skills.
