Job summary

UCLA Extension, part of the University of California, Los Angeles, seeks a Program Supervisor to manage a defined portfolio of academic programs. You will ensure quality, efficiency, and responsiveness to workforce and community needs, working under a Director and coordinating with Teaching & Learning, Marketing, and Enrollment Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in managing academic or professional education programs.
• Strong customer service, professionalism, dignity, and respect.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to produce reports and marketing copy.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, adult learning theory, and educational operations.
• Advanced project and time management abilities with shifting deadlines.
• Experience with marketing principles to support program promotion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Project leadership and coordination, onboarding instructors, cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; Windows apps.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and university business policies (Preferred)

• Support strategic, academic, and operational management of a defined portfolio.
• Collaborate with Teaching & Learning, Marketing, Academic Advising, Enrollment Management.
• Ensure academic excellence and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the Director's operational designee when delegated.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of instructor and student experience.
