Job summary

UCLA Extension is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead development, management, and growth of a portfolio of academic and professional education programs. Reporting to a Director, you will blend strategy, operations, curriculum oversight, and instructor engagement to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

With 5+ years in education program management, you will collaborate across teams to drive innovation, support student success, and ensure programs meet workforce demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in managing academic or professional education programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to produce reports, course descriptions, and marketing copy.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, adult learning theory, and educational operations.
• Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced project and time management, planning, prioritizing, and handling shifting deadlines.
• Experience with basic marketing and market research to support program promotion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Project leadership and coordination across cross functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general Windows applications.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills for budget and data interpretation.
