Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Management Analyst (Journeyman) to serve as an Office Manager for the Combat Survivability Division at NAS Patuxent River, Lexington Park, MD. This on-site role supports the Division Director and involves minimal travel. The position administers facilities, security, and administrative operations to ensure smooth division functions.

The candidate must have four years of relevant experience, be eligible for Top-Secret clearance, and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: BS/BA in business, management, technical or scientific field.
• Substitution: AS/AA with 4 years additional experience or 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of program management/technical/business analysis experience, including 2 years on weapon systems.
• Must be eligible for Top-Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government Purchase Card (GPC/P-Card) ordering per applicable policies.
• Submit, track, and manage BASICs requests.
• Coordinate DISS actions including personnel-security and visit requests.
• Coordinate division seating and workspace requirements and related coordination.
• Serve as POC for facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and service requests.
• Maintain division calendars, rosters, and contact directories.
• Serve as POC for shipping, receiving, and package accountability.
• Coordinate and submit division access documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain office-supply inventory and replenishment as needed.
• Maintain laboratory access rosters and coordinate access approvals.
• Support laboratory access-control procedures and workspace security.
• Maintain TS inventory and related records.
• Coordinate shared laboratory-space development (furniture, layouts, infrastructure).
• Monitor laboratory workspaces for security and safety; escalate issues.
• Maintain financial tracking spreadsheets for division funding including spend plans and ROMs.
• Track work agreements, funding documentation, and related records.
• Support division management on contract actions and related paperwork.
• Note: no COR responsibilities.
