Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, or pricing on US Government contracts.
• Familiarity with US Government financial reporting requirements.
• Location Constraint: Must be able to work full-time on-site at our office location.

Responsibilities

• Support generation of periodic Estimates at Complete (EACs) and cost/risk analyses.
• Perform Earned Value (EV) and financial analysis to budget baselines and forecasts.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actuals, and document variances to plans.
• Review program schedules to verify spend aligns with execution timelines.
• Track contract conditions and generate customer reports and notifications.
• Build and populate pricing models for RFPs, task orders, and contract mods.
• Apply labor, overhead, fringe, and G&A rates to cost proposals from rate pools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and consolidate pricing inputs.
