Responsibilities

• Generate Estimates at Complete (EACs) and cost/risk analyses.
• Perform Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baselines.
• Prepare forecasts and document variances to plans and forecasts.
• Review project schedules to align spend with execution timelines.
• Track contract conditions and funding amounts for customer reports.
• Develop pricing models for RFPs, task orders, and contract mods.
