Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 0 to 2 years in customer service, sales support, data entry, or an administrative role with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented phone and email manner.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders, part numbers, pricing, and delivery dates in the ERP/MRP system with high accuracy.
• Prepare, update, and distribute open order reports and status summaries for customers and internal teams.
• Field general questions from customers regarding order status, delivery dates, documentation, and shipments and route questions to the Program Manager.
• Monitor open orders for upcoming and past-due deliveries and flag risks to the Program Manager.
• Assist with order acknowledgments, shipping documentation, certifications, and other paperwork including AS9100 and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Program Managers, including meeting notes and action item tracking.
• Suggest improvements to reporting formats, data accuracy, and order administration processes.
